Fansler-Ives Rectal Speculum, also known as the Ives-Fansler Anoscope, is used for examining the anal canal, hemorrhoidectomy, and rectal excision. Non-latex, plastic obturator used to assist with the insertion of the speculum.
HOW TO USE:
Ives-Fansler Anoscope features an obturator that is inserted into the anus for the guidance of the outer hollow tube into the anus. A light can be shown through this tube for clearer viewing. A perpendicular handle makes the instrument more convenient to operate. The speculum is designed to examine the anal canal.
