HOW TO USE:
Ensure that the Miller Vaginal Speculum is clean and sterilized before use. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricating gel to the blades of the Miller speculum to facilitate insertion. Hold the speculum in one hand, with the screw mechanism facing you. Gently separate the labia with your free hand and insert the closed blades of the speculum into the vaginal opening. Angle the speculum downward slightly as you insert it to follow the natural curve of the vagina. Continue to insert the speculum until you feel slight resistance. Use your other hand to turn the screw on the speculum handle in a clockwise direction, which will gradually separate the blades.
